Our company's journey
Established
Pro Energi was established in 2006 and started off its journey as one of an International Oil Major’s Branded Reseller for commercial fuel in Jakarta area.
2006
Becoming Holding Company
Pro Trans was originally established by the original shareholders of Pro Energi to become the holding company for energy business and infrastructure
2007
Acquiring Tri Daya Selaras
Pro Trans acquired Tri Daya Selaras in 2013 to expand and improve the operation and logistics capability in order to support the rapid growth of fuel trading and distribution business.
2013
Partnership
Pro Trans entered a partnership with JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy (who later in 2019 changed its name to ENEOS Corporation). JXTG Nippon Oil became 49% shares owner of Pro Energi and Tri Daya Selaras, while Pro Trans keep the remaining 51% of the shares.
2014
Acquiring Puma Energy Indonesia
Pro Trans acquired Puma Energy Indonesia (PEI) and later changed the name from PEI to become Pro Tank Terminal (PTT).
2019
Acquiring the remaining ENEOS Corp’s shares
Pro Trans acquired the remaining ENEOS Corp’s shares in Pro Energi and Tri Daya Selaras
2020
Established
Pinna Foresta was established for reforestation and bioenergy, managing a 5,000 ha Pongamia reforestation and biofuel project.

Pro Energi is one of the pioneers in commercial fuel business in Indonesia when the Government introduced deregulation for non-subsidized commercial fuel business in 2006. Storage Facility Provider
Newly acquired company that focuses on much needed high quality storage solutions. The company was acquired from Puma Energy in July 2019. Pro Tank Terminal currently has 13,000KL fuel storage facility supported with 5,000 DWT jetty and 200 DWT jetty and strategically located at Palaran, Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
